The development will create 150 units of service-enriched rental housing for seniors, 148 of which will be affordable to residents earning at or below 60% of AMI. 39 of the units (26%) will be affordable to residents earning at or below 30% of Area Median Income and 69 (46%) will be affordable to residents earning at or below 50% of Area Median Income. There will also be two resident manager units. 108 units will have project-based Section 8 (8 units) or MRVP (100 units) subsidies to assist ELI and VLI seniors in paying their rent.
