Located just outside of downtown Hardwick, Vermont, the project consists of repurposing and renovating a vacant historic 4,500 sf barn to be leased by Cabot Creamery Cooperative for a retail store featuring its own dairy and other local farm products. A new, 2-story 37,669 sf business accelerator building will be constructed adjacent and is almost fully pre-leased by Cellars at Jasper Hill, LLC who will expand its cheesemaking operation and Center for an Agricultural Economy who will expand its processing and sale of locally grown vegetables to institutional users.
