Cruz Development Corporation (“Cruz DC”) is purchasing a 0.54-acre lot improved by a 17,302 square foot building in Roxbury, currently owned by The Church of God Prophecy, Inc (“the Church”). Cruz DC will demolish the building currently on site and construct a new four-story, mixed-income, mixed-use building consisting of 46 affordable rental apartments and 4,085 square feet of ground floor retail space. This is the second and final phase of the redevelopment.
