The project is a preservation of 62 affordable LIHTC units and conversion of 10 market-rate units to LIHTC units in Rockland, MA.T he subject site is located in downtown Rockland in Plymouth County. It is within walking distance to a variety of commercial and retail uses along Route 123, including several fast-food restaurants, CVS, Walgreen’s, Ocean State Job Lot, and a 7-Eleven convenience store. There is also a Target and Stop & Shop located side-by-side in neighboring Abington, just over a mile away from the site.
