The project consists of 57 rental apartment homes, 51 of which are affordable to individuals and families earning between 30% and 60% of AMI. It is comprised of apartment homes varying in unit size, including 13 1-bedroom, 36 2-bedroom, and 8 3-bedroom apartments. The Project Includes 16 apartments in the historically rehabilitated McElwain School, 3 apartments in the historically rehabilitated 3-family house at 242 Main St, and 38 detached new apartments in a single Passive House building on land behind the McElwain School.
