Masson Square Apartments II includes two separate buildings, the old Mason Square Firehouse and Parcel B which is part of the original Indian Motorcycle factor. Both buildings are vacant and will be converted into LIHTC apartments. 45 units will be housed in Parcel B, and 15 units in the firehouse, for a total of 60 units.
