POAH, LLC will loan the proceeds of the MHIC CMF loan to Bedford Village LP. Bedford Village consists of the preservation of 96 units of affordable and moderate-income housing. 10 units will be restricted to 30% of AMI; 13 units will be restricted to 50% of AMI; 39 units will be restricted to 60% of AMI; and 34 units will be restricted to 80-100% of AMI.
