The project has built housing in the Whittier Neighborhood to the highest standards of quality and sustainability for 52 units of affordable housing for the Whittier housing development. 24 of the 52 units will have project-based tenant subsidies. This phase 2 project includes 2 buildings; 1 building is a 27,838 sf low-rise comprising 23 units and another 1 building is 35,663 sf low-rise comprising of 29 units. Both consists of garden-style flats ranging in size from one-bedroom, three-bedroom, and four-bedrooms.
