The project involves the refinancing, resyndication and tenant-in-place renovation of two separate properties – Kenwyn Court and Quadrangle Court in Springfield. HAP combined the projects into a single ownership entity – preserving 60 units of affordable housing in 3 buildings. The Kenwyn consists of 27 residential apartments and a separate lot with an 1,879 square foot, one-story commercial building and parking lot. Commercial building is to be omitted from basis. Quadrangle Court has 33 residential apartments. Kenwyn is located in Census Tract 8022. Quadrangle is located in Census Tract 8012. Both are QCT.
