The project is a rehabilitation of scattered site buildings in the Point neighborhood in Salem. The buildings, currently owned by Salem Point LP, are in fair condition. All will be rehabilitated to improve the curb appeal, quality of life and energy-effiency. Salem Point Apartments will transform the curb appeal of the neighborhood while preserving much-needed affordable family housing and converting 17 market rate units to affordable units.
