The Institute for the Study and Practice of Nonviolence (ISPN) now has a new headquarters with 14,000 square feet of space – room for expanded programs to reduce teen violence. MHIC provided $3.9 million in New Markets and federal historic tax credits financing, with US Bank CDC as sole investor, to make possible the historic rehabilitation of a former convent that had been vacant for many years.
