This project involved the substantial rehabilitation and expansion of a former nursing home to create 42 units of affordable rental housing for families. The project was granted a comprehensive permit under Chapter 40B. All units will be affordable to households at or below 60% of the Area Median Income (AMI), with six units affordable to households at or below 50% of AMI, and five units affordable to households at or below 30% of AMI.
