Using $7.5 million in low-income housing tax credits, MHIC financed the new construction of 56 new units of housing for low income seniors in the small, southeastern Massachusetts Town of Lakeville. All of the units are reserved for tax credit eligible households. The project is the second phase of a 386-unit mixed-income and age-restricted project, developed by Edward A. Fish Associates, under Chapter 40B.
