Considered the “gateway to Cape Cod,” the Town of Bourne has been enriched with the addition of 28 new units of affordable rental housing. MHIC provided a $4.8 million low-income housing tax credit investment for this first phase of a multi-phase project that will later include construction of 89 condominiums. All 28 rental units are available for rent to households earning less than 60% of the Area Median Income. This project was developed under Chapter 40B.
