Toward Independent Living and Learning, Inc. (TILL) is a private not-for-profit human service agency established in 1980, serving some 1,000 individuals with physical, developmental, and emotional disabilities in its housing and service programs. TILL has owned this property since 1998, operating an adult day-habilitation program for developmentally disabled adults on the first floor. TILL rehabilitated the historically-sensitive building to create two 1-bedroom, 19 two- bedroom and three 2-bedroom units on the first, second and third floors, and continues to operate the adult day-habilitation program on the first floor and basement levels. All 23 units are reserved for tax credit eligible households.
