This project combines two separate properties – Cottage Street Apartments, a 25-unit apartment complex in five buildings on Harrington and Cottage Streets, and Hapgood Apartments, a 5-unit apartment building on Cheney Street. Both properties are located within a mile and a half from downtown Athol. The properties, which have been rehabilitated, were originally financed under HUD and the U.S. Department of Agriculture.
