These 27 units represent the first low-income-housing tax credit project undertaken by the Cambodian-American League of Lowell (CALL). For this project, CALL has partnered with Princeton Properties, which is acting as co-general partner and property manager. MHIC's equity investment was made in 2001. As 6/30/05, Princeton left the Partnership. CHIMP became Managing GP, with CALL and Maloney Properties began managing the development. As of 6/30/06, Coalition for A Better Acre replaced CHIMP, and became the Managing GP with CALL as Co-GP.
