This project involved the substantial rehabilitation of 30 units of housing in 5 buildings in the Dorchester, Roxbury and Mattapan neighborhoods of Boston. The project is comprised of 4 buildings which had fallen into serious disrepair and had been placed in receivership by the City due to neglect by its former owner,who had once been sentenced by a court to live for a period of time in one of his own rental properties and an additional building acquired by the developer at mortgagee auction. MHIC provided an equity investment for this project in 1996
