MHIC provided $4.85 million in NMTC financing as one of four CDEs financing the construction of a new $25.4 million, 70,000- square foot building on an adjacent parcel acquired from the city of Lynn. The original facility will eventually be renovated in a subsequent phase and used primarily as a Youth Development Center.
