270 Huntington Avenue

Located across the street from Symphony Hall in Boston, this project involved the historic preservation and moderate rehabilitation of 270 Huntington Avenue to preserve 72 affordable rental apartments in the building. The apartments are targeted to low-income individuals including 49 supportive housing units for Boston’s most vulnerable homeless population including those with HIV/ AIDS and/or mental illness.
