Parcel 25 Phase 3 consists of the new construction of a single, 117,377 gsf 6-story building with 94 units of LIHTC rental housing above a one-story surface level garage. The building is immediately adjacent to Roxbury Crossing Orange Line MBTA station and bus stop and just across the tracks from the Southwest Corridor linear park and bike path.

Marzuq Muhammad Plaza II is the development of a single, 4-story, new construction building divided into two master condominium units, a residential condominium that will consist of 18 affordable homeownership condominiums and a 3,000-sf ground-floor commercial condominium. The ground-floor space will be subdivided into two commercial ownership condominium spaces.

Welcome Home Boston will include 25 units of affordable ownership housing in three new construction buildings on sites formerly owned by the City of Boston.

Geneva Ave Homeownership is the new construction development of affordable condominiums including 26 units across 4 buildings with 12 parking spaces.

The project is an adaptive re-use of historic former Reid Hughes building, including 17 affordable upper-floor residential units and 2 ground-floor retail spaces.

81 S. Huntington is an acquisition of the EnVision Hotel for adaptive reuse and renovation into 41 efficiency units of supportive rental housing.

Merrimack Corner is the new construction of 48 units of affordable rental housing for seniors. The development will include a newly constructed 5-story building on vacant land adjacent to the existing Merrivista property, a senior residential building owned by Bethany Community Services.

LeClair Village will create 39 units of affordable family housing in three newly constructed buildings. The project is led by the Preservation of Affordable Housing in partnership with Housing Assistance Corporation.

The Fair Haven Community Health Care project includes the construction of a new 33,700 square foot community health center facility for Fair Haven Community Health Clinic.
