The new Horizons-Watermark Center is a center for nonprofits and state and city agencies that provide high-impact social services to the city’s most vulnerable and low-income populations. The project involved the land acquisition and construction of a 6 ½ story, 135,000-square-foot office building, with underground parking spaces and bike storage, and many site improvements such as new sidewalks, trees, and lighting.
