People Inc.'s Early Education Center Grand Opening

"Early childhood education is prevention at its purest form.”

This powerful message from Congressman Jake Auchincloss perfectly captured the spirit of last Friday’s ribbon cutting ceremony for People Incorporated's new early childhood education center in Fall River, MA.

Located at 145 Weaver Street, this beautiful new facility is a testament to what community collaboration can achieve. We were honored to stand with our financial partners to help bring this project to life.

As MA Early Education and Care Commissioner Amy Kershaw said, "We see early education and care a critical piece of community development," and this center is a shining example of that principle in action.

A huge congratulations to Megan Stirk and the entire People, Inc. team! We also want to thank our fellow partners, Capital One, BayCoast Bank, and Steadfast City Economic & Community Partners, along with Congressman Auchincloss and Fall River Mayor Paul Coogan for their inspiring words.

We are excited to see the lasting impact this center will have on the children and families of Fall River. Additionally, a big shout out to Naomi Baruch and the rest of the Community Investment team at MHIC for completing yet another project!
