Last week, we celebrated MHIC’s 35th Anniversary Annual Meeting & Awards Ceremony! Thank you to everyone who took the time to attend, we loved seeing all of you there!
2024 was a milestone year for MHIC. We invested a record-breaking $219.6 million across New England — the largest annual investment in our 35-year history. We also launched three new programs: the Equitable Developers Fund, the Boston Acquisition Fund, and the Regional Acquisition Fund.
Reflecting on all we achieved in 2024 fills us with excitement for what lies ahead in 2025!
