We are excited to announce that that 2nd Regional NOAH acquisition has officially closed! Through MHIC's Regional NOAH Fund, The Neighborhood Developers acquired 27 additional units of naturally occurring affordable housing in Chelsea.
The tenants living in these units are now in a more stable, affordable housing situation.
