Curtis Street Apartments
New construction of 129 rental units, with further phases aiming to create 527 units of housing
Dexter Street Commons
New construction of 150 market-rate units, including 30 workforce housing units and a ground‐floor café and market
Weidmann Electrical
A new 21,500 sf expansion to the existing building and a new 10,000 sf storage building, retaining 300 FTEs and creating 67 new FTEs
