Curtis Street Apartments
New construction of 129 rental units, with further phases aiming to create 527 units of housing

Dexter Street Commons
New construction of 150 market-rate units, including 30 workforce housing units and a ground‐floor café and market

Weidmann Electrical
A new 21,500 sf expansion to the existing building and a new 10,000 sf storage building, retaining 300 FTEs and creating 67 new FTEs

Solimine House

Solimine House

Solimine House is the new development of 150 units of service-enriched rental housing for seniors, 148 of which are affordable to residents earning at or below 60% of AMI and 2 are resident manager units. Residents will have access to a multilingual Resident Services team, 24-hour emergency response, fitness, wellness, lifelong learning, intergenerational programs, arts and culture events, and countless other programs and services.
