Nubian Markets
Boston, MA
United States
Two entrepreneurs will own and operate a full service market, cafe, and Halal butchery that celebrates the African diaspora through food. They will also purchase the real estate the market occupies.
The first of its kind in Boston, this MBE will serve the Roxbury neighborhood and Greater Boston’s Muslim community. The new owners hope to build wealth in Nubian Square by hiring from the community and by prioritizing products from MBE farmers and traders.
