The project was developed by the Paul Sullivan Trust, an affiliate of the Pine Street Inn. The total equity investment: $1,097,500. The project is now completed and occupied. This project represents one of MHICs first equity investments; it was made in 1991. The Paul Sullivan Trust, an affiliate of the Pine Street Inn, created a 30-unit SRO project by rehabilitating an existing structure.
