The OneStop Low Income Housing Tax Credit
Application is now administered on MHIC's web site. The site has a section
dedicated to OneStop and contains detailed information about the various
files that are needed. The section also provides answers to some commonly
asked questions and allows you to download the files associated with the
OneStop application.
This page is periodically updated and for each file, the date that it was
last revised is indicated.

CURRENT VERSION OF THE ONESTOP FILES: 1.21 (as of 11/11/09)
|
The Excel file i.e., OneStop2000.xls have
been revised from the prior Lotus versions, over an extended period of time.
During this testing phase, valuable feedback was received from users of
the OneStop. This feedback has helped us vastly improve the looks and functionality
of these files, in addition to fixing the errors in the files. Whenever
an error was fixed, the version of the OneStop was upgraded to a higher
number. It is anticipated that this phase of testing is over and the files
are expected to be bug-free. However, in case a problem is discovered, it
will be rectified and the corrected files will be available at this website.
IMPORTANT: This new version 1.21 contains updated links to HUD data on the Income Limits, Fair Market Rents and
QCTs sheets. If you continue to use older versions of the OneStop, you will not have access to updated HUD
numbers from the web.

IMPORTANT WARNING:
Some users of the OneStop Program have had the following problem with
the Excel file in the OneStop package. If the file crashes on your computer
while it is open or if the computer crashes while you are working on the
OneStop file, it tends to corrupt a system file and thereafter, Microsoft
Excel seems to "hang", while opening the file. None of the OneStop files
will open on that machine thereafter, and the only solution is to reinstall
the Operating System on the affected computer. The same files will however
open without a problem on other computers. This problem has occurred in
a handful of users using Windows 98. The later versions of Windows have
been fairly stable and no problems have been reported with file/ system
crashes. This problem can be avoided by:
- making sure that when working on the OneStop file, you do not have
other applications open
- saving and closing the OneStop file after you are done working on
it
- upgrading to a later version of Windows (Windows 2000 or higher is
recommended)
- using Microsoft Office 2000 or higher
