Anchor Point Phase 2 consists of 39 affordable family units in an adjacent residential building to Phase 1. Construction on Phase 1 concluded in July 2022 and the building was fully leased by December 2022. Phase 1 has a current waitlist of more than 300 families.To support the lowest income units, there will be 8 project-based Section 8 vouchers and 8 MRVP vouchers. Anchor Point has received strong support from the City of Beverly and is a prominent project within the City.
