HN is a year-round emergency shelter and resource center that helps individuals and families in Cheshire County, NH achieve their goals to become independent and self-sufficient, and able to secure permanent housing. This project builds a new, modern 15,180 sf facility that will double shelter beds to 48 and centralize, consolidate, and increase HN’s resource center to more efficiently and effectively meet the needs of low-income individuals and families experiencing homelessness.
