The project developed 39 units of affordable family housing in 3 newly constructed buildings located on a 12.8-acre, 3-parcel site of vacant land at 950 Falmouth Road, Mashpee, MA. All 39 apartments will be LIHTC units with eight (8) units restricted to households earning at or below 30% of AMI and 31 units restricted to households earning at or below 60% of AMI. All eight (8) units restricted to 30% of AMI are subsidized by project-based Section 8 vouchers, evidenced by a 20-year HAP contract administered by HAC. LVPA LP will execute a 99-year ground lease with the Town of Mashpee Affordable Housing Trust .
