The project involves the rehabilitation and modernization of 7 residential buildings originally constructed in 1979 containing a total of 94 units located in Ipswich, MA. Three (3) of the buildings contain a total of 14 family townhouse style units and four (4) of the buildings contain 80 total units dedicated to senior households. The project consists of interior and exterior renovations and upgrades to modernize the development to improve the well-being and quality of life for the residents. All 94 units will be subsidized by a project-based Section 8 HAP contract administered by Ipswich Housing Authority.
