It involves the demolition of the former Cape Ann YMCA building to create a new building on the sponsor-owned site. The units will be 100% affordable with 26 units for households earning up to 60% of AMI, 5 units for households earning up to 50% AMI and 13 units for households at or below 30% AMI. There will be a range of supportive services for residents coordinated by an on-site.
