A new 73,740 GSF mixed-use building with 5 stories, the top 4 of which will contain 40 residential apartments. The bottom floor will be Squash Busters Lawrence’s (SQBL) Youth and Community Center. This Community Center will occupy approximately 18,000 square feet of the first floor and will house three classrooms, eight squash courts, a fitness center, locker rooms and office space for ten staff members (see detailed description on pp 9-10 below). The proposed building is the second phase of LCW’s two phases on the site.
