This project combined two parcels 91 & 95 Bowdoin Street to develop a 4-story affordable housing development building. This project is designed to implement the community vision outlined in the Mid-Dorchester Action Plan (2010). The first floor is commercial and community space. The site is within half mile of both the Four Corners/Geneva stop on the Fairmount Line and the MBTA Fields Corner Red Line/Bus facility. There are multiple bus lines passing by or near the site, providing residents with transportation choices, mobility, and access to employment opportunities.
