A new mixed-use development on the site of the former MBTA bus yard near Dudley Square in Roxbury. The subject project consist of one of two condos to be built as part of Building B, the first phase of a multi-phase redevelopment plan. The "NMTC"condo in which HNEF invests is compromised of 22 market-rate apartments, 6 apartments affordable at 80% of AMI, 12,000 SF of ground floor retail space intended to be leased to the Harvest Food Cooperative, and 46 structured parking spaces. At the end of the 7 year NMTC Compliance period, the apartments will be sold as condominiums. The Building B project will also contain a "LIHTC" condo with 32 affordable apartments plus a 15,500 SF outdoor public plaza.
