The project provided capital improvements for the two projects; Cranberry Manor in Wareham & Carpenters Glen in Taunton., which will largely improve the two projects' outdated conditions in terms of envelopes, systems and finishes. In addition, the refinances and the renovation lifted up the project buildings to meet current code requirements and liability standard, and to improve the current utility systems which suffered high energy cost in the past.
