This is the second phase of a three-phase 40B development on a 17-acre site known as Canal Bluffs in the Town of Bourne, a town known as the “gateway to Cape Cod.” This project consists of 45 units of housing in a 3-story building. MHIC also financed new construction of a 28-unit project on this sit using low-income housing tax credits. Clay Pond Cove is geared to the elderly, but has no age restrictions. All units are affordable at 60% of the Area Median Income.
