The Coalition for a Better Acre utilized a vacant parcel of land formerly occupied by two abandoned and deteriorating buildings on Moody Street to build a new 4-story building with 23 units of affordable housing for low and very-low-income households. Six units are service-enriched and are available to homeless families. MHIC provided a $3.5 million low-income housing tax credit investment.
