Father Walter J. Martin Housing : 34-unit cooperative housing in 9 newly-constructed buildings in South Boston. The third Boston Coop. New construction of 9 buildings created these cooperative apartments. The project was one of 5 tax credit limited equity cooperative projects in which MHIC invested under the Boston Co-Op Initiative. Under that program, MHIC also invested in Alexander Magnolia, Hyde Square Co-op, Stafford Heights, and Stony Brook Gardens. MHIC's equity investment closed in 1993.
